We provide a special zero backlash model for spur gear reducers. This gearbox is composed of a dual spur gear system and uses all metal gears. Rotate through two independent gear paths that are opposite to each other and lock them onto the motor pinion to minimize backlash. This type of gearbox is suitable for positioning applications with particularly high resolution and moderate torque requirements. The zero backlash gearbox can only be pre loaded and shipped from the factory.
